It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas !

It’s Sunday, yaaaay!!! My morning view, I’m loving the pretty glow of Christmas lights on the mantelshelf!

Sunday breakfast includes poached eggs or half fry being a healthy breakfast and rich in nutrients at the same time while watching ‘Tiny home on wheels’, back to yet another tiny home I keep dreaming about💕

Top of the morning everyone! I have the music on and hot chocolate in hand! Enjoying the view!! thinking of what the next craft will be!

‘It’s the most wonderful time... of the year! It’s the most wonderful time of the year!’ Yes, it’s my all time favourite Christmas song as a kid. Recently I heard myself humming🎵to it again.

Its the month of December already 🥰 Bah humbug! It’s always too early! 😜

It’s that time of the year when everyone is busy writing Christmas cards to their dear and loved ones. I got done with the last leg of my card making day before yesterday and had them posted on Saturday morning.

My bakery is still in full swing and I can’t decide as to which sweet will come on the table. Which is your favourite Christmas desert? Do mention in the comments below!

This time around in school we are having ‘Christmas around the 🌎’ theme for the month. I have been listening to carols at my desk all morning. My kiddos can’t be more excited and are already looking forward to their Christmas corners.

Celebrations may look a lot different this year but we can still enjoy and reach out virtually to spread the Christmas cheer. It’s been tough staying away from family and friends for this long. I have literally not stepped out since the start of the pandemic. But instead of frowning over cancelled travel plans and celebrations, I have decided to embrace optimism and celebrate with family and friends even if it means using the online platform. Here are a few ideas I am planning to implement this year,

- Scheduling a movie night with my little cousins via zoom #virtualchristmas

- Setting up an online secret Santa event with extended family #holidayseason

- Creating a Christmas corner - Stocking stuffers ready, up goes the tree, Snowy the snowman is cold and frozen, and Rudolph the red nose reindeer wants to play tic tac toe with his mates! #nothinggoingtostopme #tistheseason

It’s all about finding joy in the little things. There are no rules especially this year so go with whatever makes you smile and lift your spirits. Wishing you all a joy filled season! ❄️
